About
ABHY is an Architectural designer led brand in Seattle where each object is carefully studied, researched, designed, tested and molded to create mindful objects that turn space into a calming ritual—through sound, touch, and visual quiet.
Rooted in architectural thinking and craft, our pieces are created to support presence and wellbeing in everyday life—not as therapy, but as beautifully designed cues that help the body and mind slow down. ABHY offers a way of living where absence carries meaning, and silence becomes form.

From sketch to Studio
ABHY objects are like an architect designs a building – precise, intentional, quiet.

Amrita Batra
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Architect by training and a designer by calling, Amrita’s journey spans continents — raised in India, refined in Italy, and practiced in Seattle.
With experience at leading Seattle firms, she has shaped everything from schematic visions to detailed construction.
Her unique approach comes from weaving together these influences: the discipline of architecture, the artistry of Italian design, and the soul of Indian craft. This rare combination shapes her ability to balance structure with poetry, creating work that is both functional and deeply sensorial.Together, they form the foundation of ABHY Design House .
Her belief is simple: " Design should feel like silence you can touch."
Vision
Modern life over-stimulates the senses.
ABHY designs sensory anchors—quiet forms, resonant sound, grounding touch—so your home can help you regulate, reset, and feel well.
“We design anchors you can actually use: hold (touch), ring (sound), pause (attention), repeat (ritual). That repetition is how calm becomes part of daily life.”
